Winery Review: This certified organic winery produces outstanding quality at reasonable prices offering classic Cabernet flavors of fresh herb, olive, cedar and cassis. Focused and intense, with a charming rustic side and broad tannins that firm up on the finish.
My Review: This wine had a very earthy, herby and cedar aroma as is typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. Upon tasting, the woody flavor and earthy tones came through. It also had a very tannic finish and left my mouth very dry.
I did not have this wine with food.
